Terms for delivery

Dear clients, to keep our communication quick and easy, you can choose a type, color combination, theme (rabbits, ducklings, boho style, etc.) and contact me at the phone number provided so we can finalize all selected details.

Lead time: As my schedule is often booked up to two months in advance, please first check the 'Available albums' section. If you don't find your album there, please contact me to check for an available date for receiving (not the date of the event).

When you place an order by phone, please be prepared to dictate: the name and inscription you want on the album, your phone number, your Econt office/address and recipient names. When the item is partially finished, you'll receive photos without the name for approval. After approval, your order will be shipped within 2 business days.

I work only with Econt, with the options 'inspection on delivery' and insurance. If you do not inspect on the spot and later at home you find damage, the maker does not bear responsibility. Claims are accepted only at Econt.

Please, if I haven't contacted you up to 5 days before the announced date for receiving the order, get in touch with me.

Product prices do not change regardless of the number of flowers and decorative details; they are fixed for the different types. Additional sheets are paid extra.

For a chosen model, please ask me whether the details and colors are available one-to-one, and keep in mind this is handmade—variations in the details are entirely possible. As of today, sourcing the exact same materials and textile colors is difficult to maintain for long. Please, trust my work so I can create not only with my hands but with my heart. (I write this in response to many clients who want to dictate the position of every single detail, flower, and centimeter.)
